Alright guys, tomorrow is officially my trial exam. It's safe to say I'm scared shitless, but it's inevitable. I'm here to ask if anyone has any last minute tips before I begin. (My first exam is Standard English), at Cherrybrook tech, who are quite harsh markers...

>know exactly what you're going to write about and have some kind of structure to follow before you even enter the exam (it might be too late to memorise an essay - depends on you I guess)
>try to keep alot of the well crafted imagery/ similes/ metaphors in your creative but make sure you integrate the stimulus and not just rewrite what you have
>for short answers give one technique/example/effect per mark -> 4-5 for the mini essay (5 marker)
>be concise and manage your time well, I think it's best to spend about 30-35 on the creative, 40 on short answers and around 45 on essay

Good luck

Thanks for the info! I've already got my essay memorized, so I'm good on that front. Same goes with my creative, but I'm going to integrate both with the question. This is actually the first time I heard about your short response tips, so thanks again!
