200g low fat cottage cheese with 1tsp peanut butter stirred through for flava flav
greek yogurt, berries and almonds
banana
small wholemeal wrap bread
winter soup (lamb and a bunch of veges)

porridge for every meal. how do you porridge?

i go 1/3c dry oats + 1/3c water + 1/3c skim milk
microwave
then add a big dollop of natural yogurt, raspberries and chia seeds omg

yeah that's old news
cut them into 2cm thick slices and enjoy. once frozen it is p much the best banana ice cream you'll ever have

depends on whether i'm feeling like a lazy fuck in which case it's packet mix with powdered flavours like cinnamon and junk

otherwise yeah p much what you said sans the yoghurt and i don't even know what chia seeds are
when i'm feeling particularly diabetic i add choc chips as well and that is off the chain yum
