I'm aiming for a 90 ATAR (Eco at uSyd).

School Rank - In the past years it has varied from 80,150,50, Its currently 80

Class Numbers
English Adv - 100
Eng Ext 2 - 10-20
Economics - 45
Biology - 45
Graphics Design - 20

Really wow, could someone confirm this? But that awesome since I'm already in the top 10 for bio and economics and 2nd in graphics. though 30th in advanced may be a bit difficult.

English is the critical one. It really is what makes or breaks MANY students.

I'd say yes and no - it depends on your aim. If you are aiming for 99+, English can be the subject that will drag you down, a lot - like me but if you're aiming for 95+, it you're good at your other subjects, there's no reason why English will have an extreme effect on you.
