Just wanted to check if anybody knows when first year undergrad students will have access to their personalised timetables online?

As Trebla said, about a week before O-Week.

Also all personalised timetables come out at same time - no difference whether new or continuing student.

There's a function that allows you to block off certain days/times you don't want to have classes and this will then move your classes around those times to the extent that is possible (if only one lecture is offered for a subject, obvs that can't be moved). You just try it several times and you'll get a couple of different options and just print off the one that's best.

Or you can go to the timetabling people during o-week or first week of uni and have them fix things up for you.
