As in the building and the rooms

They are really cramped, small and seem ancient.

People have answered. If all you care about is seeing the buildings/rooms why not go to the uni and have a look yourself? There should be info days in about a month if you don't want to just randomly rock up.

pretty much most of the buildings and rooms are really bad there if you take out the main castle one and the law building

It wouldn't be surprising if they were cramped and in need of renovations. The engineering and maths rooms at my University are pretty bad. You get used to them, and it stops bothering you after a while. After all, it's the education you're after, and sometimes you have to suffer through uncomfortable seats and boring lecturers in order to get it. It can be annoying, but count your blessings - we could have it much worse. Also, if you are asking about the quality of the faculty, that means the teaching staff themselves, not the rooms.
