i disagree with 13. i put A...maybe your thinking of megacities instead of worldcities?

^^ 13 B is wrong. it asked why bangkok was a world city. sydney is a world city and doesnt need to have a population of over 8 million people. It was A because world city's are control centres of trade and centres for tourism.

You might be right. The thing which swayed me from that is because I thought world cities aren't 'Regional' hubs, they're world hubs..if that makes sense. I'm not sure. I didn't think Bangkok was a world city in the first place but I knew it had more than 8 million.

Yeah, I actually thought that for a second, but I put A because world cities have both national and international significance, so I saw 'regional' as also being extremely important to Thailand itself.

yeah i thought that, but size the size of population has no effect on whether it is a world city or not. its about there economic, cultural, political power etc.
