Hi, just wondering how the scaling works in terms of internal and external?

Since most people thought the exam was "VERY EASY" then I would assume the cut off mark for E4 would be high? (Around 60)

But will this affect the internal assessment? (Say for example, you are ranked 1st in the school but didn't do quite well in the hsc...will your internal assessment get pulled down?)

60/70 = 86%. In previous years that would be equivalent to a 95-ish. No way is that going to be the cut off.
