is 97+ possible if i ace my externals?? also do we get final rankings on students online website? and can we ask our teachers to change it's not right? my school's over and i dont think ill get an opportunity

It was up to your school to notify the grade of the cut-off before the ranks were submitted. Either they didn't bother telling you (I don't think they are obliged to) or you weren't around for the announcement.

You're top of an average school, we can't determine how good you actually are. For all we know, you could be an 85 or a 99 (HSC Marks).
