Our school writes our own papers but here are some marks off the top of my head:
Overall school mark for eco and geo: 95% +
English trial: 100/105

but 95 is definitely a possibility

You should be fine for 95+ but there's a possibility of 99+ but it depends almost entirely on your external performance.

Yeah, I'd guess a 97-99 atar but it's going to really vary.
