Assumed Goldman Sachs salary would be higher then Barclays, based on 'prestige'.

IB is okay for making a bit of money. But if you're going for big money, then IB only takes you so far. Good to make a bit of capital before 25, that's about it. The key is how to make a few mil before 26 or even 10m. Won't be doing that in IB.
