what's the difference between the university of newcastle's med program(B Med) and the ones at uws and unsw (MBBS)???

B Med and MBBS are the same degree, just a different name (like in the US, a medical degree is called an MD).

see mbbs is med and surgery... whereas newcastle is just med?
is there a surgery component to the newcastle degree too?
ie. if i were to go to uncle wud i be disadvantaged... or somewhat inferior in qualification to those who went to unsw,uws?

No u won't be disadvantaged, newcastle's degree includes surgery as well. Same qualification, its only the name that is different

No, both degrees are the same and both will allow you to pursue surgery.
