HSC are the actual papers the BOS has- the ones which are public

Trials are the school ones, hence there are alot more of

Someone should dedicate a DropBox simply to resources that way there won't be any duplicates.

Give upload rights to those who will contribute.

Then make it a public folder and allow people to download.
