I too will be bringing my 1st Year resources for anybody who wants to have a read.
I'm plagiarising your latex code:

PS: mathematicians are not very good at making jokes

What type of food do Mathematicians enjoy?

And yes guys/girls, ideas for food would be appreciated!

Re: Official BOS Study Meat v2.0

The interest for English seems to be substantial - I'm willing to hold more than one seminar on "How to pwn HSC English"; which will include a major section on Essay writing, as well as how to tackle short responses and how to approach the papers overall. Carrot: will there be projectors available? If not, can we get it organised somehow?

In the time I'm not giving a seminar, I'd be happy to come around and have a chat with each one of you regarding your goals, subjects and I'd also be happy to look over your essays.

I greatly look forward to meeting you all. Even you, Riproot - let's see how tough you are in real life, you jerk.

Yes projectors are available. But they are in the main rooms. Will see what I can do.

Going back to the library now and will stay there till dinner time. Feel free to drop by and visit me! Pm me if you come though and I will give you my number, so you can call me (maybe).

Re: Official BOS Study Meat v2.0

I was joking lol, if your doing maths at uni, I take it you would have been doing ext2 maths, and you do ext2 English, jesus. What kind of monster are you! Nor man or beast!
Yeah I did both because I'm awesome.

Whilst I do appreciate your offer for life counselling, I think that's best left to people who are say... a little more 'normal' than yourself.

Re: Official BOS Study Meat v2.0

Okay just finished having another meeting with the staff. The lady there has been absolutely lovely and extremely helpful. Will be sure to give her a special thanks on the day.

Will be uploading pictures soon. We will need to discuss arrangements because something popped up.

The room names are called the Darug Room (Biggest), the Retro Room (Medium) and the River Room (Smallest).

We have the Retro Room for the whole day and same as the River Room. However, the Darug Room is only available from 12:30pm onwards so we will have to go for 3 hours with only the River Room, the Retro Room and the two small Study Rooms (can fit 4 people each).

Afterwards, we will take the Darug Room too, which is MUCH larger.

Re: Official BOS Study Meat v2.0

btw when I upload pictures in a few minutes time, you guys/girls will soon see why cramming 20 people into the River Room is a bad idea.

Re: Official BOS Study Meat v2.0

Because you have not confirmed. Plus, we now have too many Maths tutors.

What's the current teacher:student ratio?

Also, regarding food, best to keep it simple. Something we can unwrap/unbox, eat, and throw away. I'd suggest Pizza/subway is the best, easiest and cleanest idea. (I'm vegetarian, btw!)
