he's vegetarian so that makes it a bit hard.
eggs
nuts
yogurt
milk
cheese
tofu (don't be hatin' tofu is delicious when cooked well)
lentils
wholemeal breads and pastas are higher in protein than white breads/pastas

also he said he ate chicken the other day so w/e

2 boiled eggs
cappuccino
Tbsp peanut butter
celery with beetroot dip
broccoli
75g chicken
yogurt and berries
tomato soup
almonds

ugh total binge tonight

+ice cream (heaps and heaps and heaps. srs)
+toast with vegemite and nimbin cheese
+ice cream

ugh this takes me b@ck

I highly recommend Petaling St for reasonably priced Malaysian cuisine. Cheaper and better than Mamak.

1 hot and spicy fillet from kfc
1 original recipe piece from kfc
300 mL watermelon juice
oporto bondi rappa
crunchy nut with milk
hazelnut torte my mum bought from goulburn bakery. damn its so nice.
3 egg omelette w/ tomato sauce
samosa chaat
200 mL almond milk
a banana
bowl of crunchy nut w/ milk
bag of potato chips
slice of mudcake
pasta with sundried tomato and garlic sauce and prawn curry
:D

chokito
kit kat
~90 minute bike ride (just put it in so i dont look fat)
caramel and coconut muffin
french fries with sauce
spaghetti
lamb curry
cup of coffee
hardly the food of champions

breakfast: 3 eggs scrambled, 3 slices toast, 500ml milk milo instant coffee.
lunch: a whole heap of pasta and beef mince and capsicum bolognese.
dinner: chicken biryani, yogurt, a kebaab (essentially a sausage).
later: a banana, 40ish g protein powder with 500ml lite milk.

im getting one soon probably.
then my parents get to gloat when we find out i have failing kidneys from all the "excessive" eating and protein powder!

protein doesn't cause any damage in healthy individuals, only people who have shit kidneys/renal function already duh
