Wil my desired ATAR be hard to get with these subjects? (1 Viewer)

So im in year 10 atm, and were choosing subjects next term.
My desired ATAR is 94 and the subjects im choosing are
English extension
Maths 2U
Modern His
Chem
Economics
Legal Studies
Studies of Religion
so what im asking is how difficult would it be to get a atar of 94 with those subjects, also my school's rank was like 50 in 2010 and around 90 in 2011 (if that matters)

Absolutely not, those subjects wont hinder you from reaching 94+ (I did similar subjects to you and got around that, but my school was ranked 300ish). Even 99+ isnt much of a stretch with those subjects.

I hate to sound like an ass, but that guy has NO clue what he is talking about. Some users on this site have even got 99.95 without extension maths. Another user got 99.7 without any extension subjects or sciences.

LOL I love those people, in my experience they are most likely people who choose all their subjects for scaling even if they have no interest in them and then say these type of things to justify their choices.

Remember this, u can get any ATAR with any subject combinations.
By the looks of it, it seems like u have chosen those subjects based on what u enjoy and that's what ur meant to do. Sometimes it's harder to get a high ATAR with certain low-scaling subjects but that is not the case with u, your subjects will potentially pull ur ATAR up, considering u do well.
Don't listen to people who say u can't get an ATAR over 92 cos u haven't chosen extension Maths, that's just stupid.
