It probably means they're doing a double degree, which is two degrees combined together in a slightly longer period of time. Like B Commerce/B Arts in 4.5 years.

Yes. Nowhere in Sydney offers B Dent undergrad, however, I know people who have moved to CSU and even La Trobe to do Dent undergrad.

even if it was postgrad, it's possible.
If they skipped 2+ grades and started school young, then they could've finished an undergrad degree.
