I am looking into buying one sometime within the following few months. Which one do you recommend? Cambridge? New Century?

Thanks in advance.

General Maths Textbook meaning:

1. A maths textbook in general (and if so, what maths are we talking - 2u? 3u?)
2. A textbook for the subject "HSC General Mathematics"

?

I heard New Century was the best for general (I'm not sure if they have cambridge for general, but if there is, maybe you should consider that as well [It's really good for 2 and 3u imo])

In my school we use New Century, it is pretty good at getting the point across and teaching you, but I quickly got bored of it and my teacher gave me a Cambridge textbook (I got too far ahead of the rest of the class by about an entire topic) and Cambridge I think it better for teaching the applications of what you're doing.

Though I also have the HSC excel book which is really great at going through each concept step by step. Makes life so much easier.

So if you're just looking to learn rather than be challenged, go with New Century.
