Yeah, I was expecting worse on my physics test too. Got 59/70 so not toooo bad.

Good job!! That's like..80%. I wish I was that good at physics .

Physics 40/42 top 10ish
Chem : 22/32 rank under average (meh its chem)

Just really hope my hard work pays off! My schools' ranked like 466 or something!! Depressing.. That is why
I have to attain a 1st place in EVERY subject to maximise my chances of achieving an ATAR of above 95+

at my school we once had to redo it because the morning of a prac exam we all went into the prep room and had a look around.

I'm so upset with that mark. I had such a good feeling for that test and thought I would get somewhere near the top mark. The teacher still hasn't given the extended response back but I know I didn't do well in that. I actually studied hard for that test while others just crammed at the last minute and did much better. Haven't stopped thinking about that mark for the whole day....

I got 39/40 in English, I was robbed a mark in my short story - the examiner is heartless, my character was isolated because he was Chinese, but I think the examiner is a racist. - he's a uckngfays Indian and he hates boat people

Overall: Somewhat happy, but there needs to be some major improvements.

at my school we once had to redo it because the morning of a prac exam we all went into the prep room and had a look around.

Our half yearlies was based on last years half yearly, and there was 4 questions different.
One of the teachers gave their class last years paper with the suggested answers, so they basically knew all the answers as soon as they looked at the paper.
We got it back, and the marker purposely marked really really harshly (the average was 16/60) just so we have to do it again with a new exam. It's really stupid!

Everyone says the same thing

Top 5 English at our school is SO competitive - it's unbelievable. BUT, as i said, my aim is to get to 2nd place (1st is impossible - he is just too good). ALTHOUGH last year we got 6 bands 6's out of 18 in our ADV english class last year, so hopefully ill get a 6er in it.

Re: Maths. I really think i can pull this rank up significantly. However, our school is the bomb at maths, so hopefully i'll be okay! Besides, the top 4 positions are helf by 4U students anyway i think.
