I think everyone is different. For me, the more I sleep, the more tired I am. And the less I sleep, the more energy I have (as long as its not too little sleep! lol)

I get about 7 hours sleep on weekdays. Probably 9 on weekends. Power nap when I need to but no longer than 30 minutes otherwise your just too sleepy to do anything.

I used to have a biphasic sleep cycle. Core sleep + a nap when I got home from school. It was working pretty decently (annoyed my family like heck though) until I went away on holiday to Japan and then I never really got it back.

For my last exam, I didn't sleep at all night, except for closing my eyes for 30 mins and thinking how stupid I am.

Felt shit all day, except during the exam adrenaline kicked in and my head was clear.

Been sleeping for 3-5 hours these past days. I can safely say insanity will settle in soon enough..
