Currently in the midst of planning a trip to Japan (wooh!) for schoolies.
Anyone else heading off there?
If so, post details and helpful hints?
I'm heading over the skiing myself and there is so many resorts to choose from!
Help always appreciated.

japans pretty nice, the chocolate there is really cheap, oh and if you're into shopping go visit this shopping place in osaka (or at least i think its there) its like a massive lane of shops that goes on forever.

also if you go to a relatively modern hotel check out their toilets

At the moment, the plan is to stay in Tokyo for a few days, maybe a week (do the tourist thing) and then hit one of the ski resorts for another week.

Aw I'm so jealous.... My parents wouldn't allow me coz of the 'radiation' there. To hell with that, a few days of radiation wouldn't be enough to kill you....
