I know right?! She is so nice to him, and he just shuts her down EVERY time. But he asked for forgiveness, so it's okay. Watson's face was HILARIOUS though XD

Phew, thought I was in the deep then ...
Yeah, for the third series, there's been no official release date yet, but I figure it will be around either the very end if this year (because they were like 6 months late releasing this series), or maybe the start of next year I'll try posting up that info when I find it out ^.^

I'd say sometime towards mid-next year. S3 (iirc) was commissioned at the same time as S2 so there is probably definitely some degree of production/writing already done/in progress. But Moffat just started filing the new Doctor Who so idk when Sherlock will be filmed

That was a GOOD episode. But, they just didn't seem to understand, when it is dark, do NOT stray away from the group. Especially in a creepy forest.

the stories are over 100 years old and there have been numerous screen adaptations

Wow, intially I thought you were joking pony_magician, and my first reaction was this and then, came the horrible realisation that you were speaking the truth... so my reaction changed to this D:

Okay then, thoughts on the issue at hand....
If they're doing this for the will they/ won't they tension between 'Joan' and Sherlock, then I am afraid I shall lose interest very quickly. Whilst the idea doesn't sound like an overall appealing one, I am willing to give it a shot )(but this willingness is merely based on the premise that the presence of a female will put an odd twist on the original 'dynamic duo's' chemistry. However, Lucy Lui's character had better be dynamic, and the writing had better be bloody brilliant if it wants to hold my attention for at least more than an episode )

I'm still contemplating over whether or not I will actually try to be interested in it :/ It is an unorthodox idea, and well... I'm not sure if my fragile mind can handle it
