It should be included in your offer into that university, e.g. when you register for the course etc.

This is how it worked for me.

ye but I wasnt an Australian citizen when I enrolled. Im about to turn Australian citizen now.

It's simple as calling UNSW and talking to them about it, faster and much more straight forward.

Unsw phone support is open from 8am to 8pm so try calling them tomorrow. Or you could just snoop around myUnsw and see if there is a link there.
