Yeah thanks for the info and advice. I'm just going to stick with the WD black. I mean it does have 5 years warranty after all. I recently bought a seagate External 2 TB HDD, it's been running fine, although I don't use it much, bought it mainly for back up purposes.Spinpoint F3 hasn't been in stock for a long time, and the F3 has faster seek times, the WD black has faster read/write times... overall the whole thing is un-noticeable and both are pretty much the same, they're mechanical hard drives, you wont really notice that much even if it is Sata2 or Sata3.
I wouldn't buy seagate, I dont trust them, my external HDD is clicking which is from seagate, but they might have improved so you can get it if you want, and it'll have warranty, just make sure you back up important stuff.
I'm going to use the corsair SSD as a primary drive - should speed up things hell of a lot.
Also getting the G.skill Ram modules now. I read that they are 1600MHz by default where as the kingston ones need to be set at 1600MHz otherwise they run at 1333MHz - eh same price.
