Been hitting the gym 5 days a week throughout my whole HSC. Would've gone insane without it.

i just sleep a metric fuckton to escape it :/
eat whatever i want and do NO exercise (jesus i'm afraid of those scales)
live off caffeine (pill form for maximal efficiency)
i do everything wrong :D

Well thats just not true. Look at a BMI calculator, and you will see 1) you have to factor in more than age, 2) you have to think about height more than anything, and how muscly the person is.

Don't say something so outlandish without something to back it, I mean 80kg... thats not healthy unless you are a) massively buff or b) really tall. Haha just my two cents.

(im 60 and my BMI is perfect)

I've packed on 5kg this year. But I was already slightly underweight to begin with so it's all good, I guess.

I think I should start sleeping earlier from now on.

I'm underweight, but 70-80 is pretty obese for my height (170cm)


Anyway... I don't choose to be skinny, I want to gain weight but I just can't
