Okay so this questions must have been posted so many times but the search function is broken and i remain lazy, so what's about the average raw mark /120 needed for an e4. So far i'm averaging about 90 in past papers

75ish/120. your looking at more like 94 if you are getting 90/120 in past papers.Okay so this questions must have been posted so many times but the search function is broken and i remain lazy, so what's about the average raw mark /120 needed for an e4. So far i'm averaging about 90 in past papers
yes.how about 110-112? Enough for 98?
E3.What do you need to get to get an E3? so 70+? Thanks
are u talking raw or scaled?Hmm isn't E3 71 - 80 and E4 81 - 100?
This is scaled.Hmm isn't E3 71 - 80 and E4 81 - 100?
Yes, it does matter. A scaled mark of 71 - 80 is an E3, as you pointed out. However a raw of say 76 is an E4 (usually a scaled mark of 90).raw, how does it differ?
If 59/120 = 83 how does 52 = 70ish? wouldn't it be more?E3.
75/120 will get you an E4.
59/120 would have gotten you 83 last year.
So an E3 would be around: 52-55/120
no i was saying that 52-55/120 would get you 80.If 59/120 = 83 how does 52 = 70ish? wouldn't it be more?
Thanks again.
80/120 would get you like 91-92.Hb an avg of around 80/120 wat wud dat get u?
shows just how hard 4U is. you get 5/6th of the paper correct and you still come in the top 150 of the state.rule of thumb for E4, around 5 marks is = to 1 hsc mark. e.g 100/120 -> 96
yeah 90.oo really? so what's 75/120 raw mark then? like just 90 or sumthin.
For a stupid mother of a 4U student (who's currently studying flat-out for this exam), could you please explain this - I don't quite get what your saying here. Cheersrule of thumb for E4, around 5 marks is = to 1 hsc mark. e.g 100/120 -> 96
