Haha, my dad doesn't get to find out my marks unless they are good.

I do well (Like top 10) in any subject and my parents are super happy. Maybe because my brother didn't do very well.

Haha :)

My friend who is going very poorly has an ATAR aim of 89 (some course at UTS for game design) and his predicted atar is low 70's.

I think despite how poor you do throughout the year (probably 50-60's), 80's is still highly achievable in most cases. I've seen so many people fail up till trials and work hard till HSc and still get 91-92 and high 80's.

My parents (despite being asian) are really nonchalant about my HSC. No-one really cares in my household lol.

My mum wants 94
My dad wants 98
My Uncle wants me to get 99.8 (At least) he said if I get 99.70, he'll laugh it off.
My sister wants me to get 80 so I don't beat her
My cousin expects 99.95
My auntie expects 85 minimum.

What more can I say?

my family and i are betting what im going to get. i betted low (i will still try my hardest) so its win win . low atar (<84)= money or high atar (90+) = happiness cause i reached my goal haha. i would much prefer the later.

My family would be happy with anything, myself and my teachers have much higher expectations which I really don't think are achievable. I actually have no idea what I am capable of. So we'll see.

Everyone expects me to get over 90, at least 94/95, because they think I'm like my sister who got 96.
At the start of the year my dad said that he expected at least 95 :S
I want above 90, but i'll be lucky to get that the way I'm studying...
