Why do you need to train forearms for? Just develop it through compound lifts?

My forearms tend to generally lag behind my arms, even with compound lifts.

In regards to the post above yours, I'm not too worried about grip strength but more forearm mass. I've found reverse curls & wrist curls generally do a good job. I must agree though, shrugs are pretty great for traps.

That lunch sounds delicious.

I'm waiting for my 4th tub to arrive in the mail. Best PWO supplement I've ever tried. Definitely recommend.

It is a great supplement

BUT

You can save money by going straight for the main ingredient - 1/3 diethylamylamine can be purchased for piddles on the internet. Combine it with a green coffee and you get a dirt cheap pre-workout supp!

Couldn't maintain a grip on my deadlift. Kept on slipping. So fucking frustrating.

^Is DMAA alright to import? I don't really wanna pay extra for it on BN

i use wrist straps for my heaviest deads

but you really want to avoid using them, try an alternating grip?
e.g. left hand undergrip, right hand overgrip?

I've never used them before - not really a fan but I have heard they're quite good. Also how'd you go with jack3d trickster?

I am now your fan. Yeah, I heard that 1/3 diethylamylamine and the caffeine were the active ingredients in jack3d.

Chest day today, my neck spasmed during second set of bench and I couldn't get much done. This shit blows. Neck still hurts and it's leg day tomorrow

still expecting this massive torrent of energy, but not noticing a HUGE difference, but more energy while im working, not so much an insane focus
worked out with a friend while on it, and did chest and legs on the same day, which i probably couldnt have pulled off normally
im sweating a LOT MORE than i generally am though

gonna try 2 heaped scoops tomorrow, on a legit empty stomach along with my creatine
not afraid of this stuff anymore
