Hey, Just wanting to try and put myself into perspective without starting one of those: 'Estimate my ATAR' threads.

Is there such thing as a Median/Mean average ATAR, What most students are getting around. Obviously, if such an average exists, it should not affect me. I'm just interested what average cohort/mass receives.

It's a rank, so including everyone from your year 7 cohort, it'd be 50. Since people have dropped out, it would be a little bit higher than 50.

I just take 70 as the average 'median' ATAR. It varies a bit but 70 - as a general rule - is the one you want to get to 'beat the average'.
