Any suggestions on a good SME? I'm writing a business plan which is due next week. Not sure what type of SME to do, and how what I'm meant to write about for each of the headings. SIGH help please.

honestly... just find any small business
it would be easier if you knew the owners that way your more comfortable asking questions, and you know that they will try to help you out.
if you work... and depending on where you work... it would be the most easiest option...
or if you have family that run their own business. If your that desperate, go and ask a local small business.

Oh my assignment was to interview a business. Usually a school would pick one or the other.

choose a type of small business you are interested in e.g. coffee shop or online store etc. if still unsure, you could also ask your teacher for recommendations
