I've been looking on the net for ages now >.> and then the only ones I find, get expired in less then 2hrs Q.Q. Does anyone know any websites that give out free working ip ports?

Your example there is actually an IP address and accompanying port address, which we call a socket address not an "ip port". What a noob.

Also just look up proxies. I am unsure of your meaning of "expired", but if the addresses are banned on whatever sites you want to surf, either look harder or make your own.

all the web proxies that are public (ones you will find with Google) will be banned so you could just find an open source PHP proxy from sourceforge.net and then host it somewhere.

I have the code and I hosted it somewhere too (on my dad's web web server), but turns out my dad's site is blocked by DET for no bloody reason, so it didn't work.

i just had a thought that maybe the DET switched to a filtering websites with a whitelist instead of a blacklist. that could be why.

As said before - try running a python script on your own google apps site.
With DET you'll need it to encrypt the URL, client-side.
