School rank is shocking though - mid 200's. Will this drastically affect my ATAR?

Shocking? That's actually quite good and it won't drastically affect your ATAR. A school rank of 600+ is what I consider shocking.

Don't worry too much about the rank. If you come first in your internals you can still do great.

Rofl i dont see myself comming 1st, but top 5 maybe assuming I come ~5th do you reckon I can get a 98+?

I think you'd get low to mid 90's atm, but english needs to be like at least top 3 to be secure. Just concentrate on english a little more and shoot up in ranking, dont worry it is possible btw, last term i was like 10th in english now im 1st, just make sure you perfect all your hand-in assessments, those are like the easiest marks you'll get in english if you cant work during examination conditions
