If he's charged with crimes in some other nation that the one he's currently in has good terms with, they'd extradite him. The only thing that is worrying anyone else is that he'll get a kangaroo court hearing and be sent to gaol with very little hard evidence (no pun intended).

But yes, if his appeal is rejected, I sincerely think he'll be sent to gaol in Sweden.
