I just go on text site thingys and occasionally use youtube.

Oh I skype like 4 hours everyday normally. Is it good for that? I find that skype slows right down and I share the internets with 3 other constant users.

Put it this way, I wouldn't want to be using skype on your connection if there were 3 other users

Youtube will load fairly slowly at that speed, but if you don't use it a whole lot then it wouldn't really matter.
Skype would be fine unless other people using your net were doing stuff too, which would make it laggy and poo.
Actually if they are just fbing or something it wouldn't really matter but ye.

It is a bit annoying really because the sound and video quality is terrible if other people are home.
