Oh, I originally posted 40-50 and then read the question. I thought it was 99.95 =]

well roughly last year, every atar increment had about 29 students getting it. in total there are like 21 increments that are 99+ (including 99.95 having twice the amount).

so i say about 600 but as the atar goes down, more people seem to get it. so around 800 would be a good guess?
