okay, so i want to do medicine after school, i always have. So i did some research and i found out that Chemistry is only prerequisite subject needed and Advance English and Biology or Physics are recommended.

So, i will do chemistry for sure, not only because i need but i do also enjoy learning about it. But should i pick Biology or Physics?

Also, is extension English really hard? I am doing quite well in English this year but hadn't done so well in the previous years so im wondering what would be better?

So far, my options are:
Chemistry
Biology or Physics?
3U Maths
Advance or Extension English?
Legal Studies or Economics?
Religious Studies I?
Modern History?

I'm thinking of choosing subjects somewhere along those lines. Any advise will be appreciated, thank you in advance.

If i were you and you wanted to do medicine, it would require an high atar, so would do:

- Chemistry
- 3U maths
- Exstension English (can always drop to advance)
- Mordern Histroy
- Economics
- Biology

But it really depends what you enjoy and are good at

Most people in your position would pick:

Advance English
3U Maths
Chemistry
Biology
Physics/Legal Studies/Economics/Modern History

For med, you should do bio rather than physics.

Do extension english only if you like and are good at english - apparently it's more to do with concepts rather than techniques but you'd best ask someone who did the course.

Out of your subjects I would pick:

Chemistry
3U Maths
Advanced English - You don't need extension for medical
Economics
Modern History
As for Biology or Physics, it just depends what you have more interest in. Look around different Uni sites for their prerequisites as it may be different for each.

No, it absolutely doesnt matter whether you do bio or physics coz neither of them is deep enough to help you do any better in university. Do one for scaling. Do physics.

You mean she. She can still do really good in Biology and get her mark scaled up. If I were in her position I would choose the one that I most enjoy learning about, regardless of scaling because I would be more willing to learn about that subject & usually that results in a higher mark.
