basically what i do except i do cardio almost everydayI dunno.. let me calcul8
1 day for chest/tris/shoulders
1 day for back biceps
1 day for legs
1 day for abs/cardio
usually another cardio day in there somewhere
so 4-5 plus i run 2 mornings a week.
its way better alone. After the first few sessions you get used to it. At first you feel like a fish out of water but yeah. Deal with it. Theres really no better feeling than having my ipod on full blast, being so content with where I am and setting up for my next set. Its such a peaceful place to be alone. Having someone else with you decreases intensity so much.not often enough (ie. never)
i want to go 3-4 days a week after exams finish
but i hate going to the gym alone
