healthy or low fat/low carb?
in any case-
CHEESES:
philadelphia lite
ricotta lite
cottage cheese
CHOCOLATE BARS-
Atkins chocolate bars. high in fat/protein but really low in carbs- like 2 grams.. can give you diarrhoea if you eat too much plus the taste takes getting used to
BREAD ETC-
No breads are lowcarb, except Empower Wraps (you can only buy them at stores like GNC). Otherwise stick to wholegrain.
JELLY-
theres a heap of lite/diet jelly brands with artificial sweeteners. NOT healthy, but hardly any calories.
FRUIT-
Apples/oranges/pears are better than tropical
