Lol no worrieswell the dealio is that resistance training shouldnt really be a large part of a child athletes training program because their muscles arent properly developed...i know that isnt the answer you want.sorry

Understand and implement guidelines and follow rules
Dont add more than a certain amount per week (i forgot this amount but i think it may be 10% of their body weight per week...:S)
I think their may be some other guide lines as well
