How many hours of study do you do per day?

Curious.

Also, do you use a timetable?

Edit: making notes counts as studying.

I do around 12-18 hours of work a week outside of class time. This included before, after school, free periods and the weekend. You would be really surprised how an hour here and there can add up to a lot of hours at the end of the week!

I don't use a timetable, and I study as often as I can make myself. Considering my self discipline is practically non-existant, that's not much at all.

Wait, study or hw? Because study is pretty much just before exams =\

I try to follow a timetable but mostly fail :p I try to at least do 1 hour of study every night. During exam weeks though I follow the timetable.

Maximum 3 hours a night for me.

LOL i dont think you do 12hours per day on eco. back at home from school = 3.30? 12hrs study = 3.30am LOLOLOL
SIFNESS and you say daily, super hyperbole?

I attempted timetabling my days, but failed miserably. I have adjusted to something more arbitrary and that is finishing all work before a specified time not day. Doing work in excess for your timetable usually results in a distortion to your real timetable. You would always have to keep them in sensible parameters, i.e. including breaks, exercise, hw (not study time), food, toilet break etc.
So now i practically just come home, eat, do whatever, bludge for a bit, then work all the way till im tired (usually depends on the amount of work that is stipulated). Average : 1 - 8hrs
Yes it is very tiresome.

Atm, no 'studying', I'll start that when all my notes and stuff are up to date/closer to exams.

Normally I do about 4-5 hours of homework/notes/assignments per day.

tried a timetable and didn't work. but make sure you write the tasks/subjects u need to do and PRIORITISE. for me, hours varied greatly, but usually involved a min. of 1/2->1 hour of maths each day (did ext1 for hsc)
