A bowl of Cheerios with light milk
Water

That is all for the day, no more, sleep time.

today I ate crap:

about 6 choc biscuits and 2 dark choc tim tams
CCs
strawberry yoghurt
a cheese twist thing
some iced vovos
a honey jumble
2 cups of tea
a cheesy gross pasta thing and garlic bread for dinner

ew. back to work tomorrow though so I can make sure I eat something approximating decent nutrition and not just snack my way around the house lol

Brekky: Egg, tomato, rocket, cucumber, capsicum salad with olive oil. Not quite epic but it combats the 2 days prior of fat :S (partially anyway, too embarassed to post!)
Lunch: Crappy "ramen" fast food from market city. had freaking 2 minute noodles! Didn't drink the soup. Also had an oak down george st. Also had 3 bottles of water
Dinner: Miso soup on steroids. Fried tofu, mushrooms, celery, shallots, ramen noodles and some other ingredients. Oh and one sausage too. Not part of it, just a random extra :p
Dessert: Ginger beer and double choc ice cream spider. Nice to top off an otherwise healthy day lol!

Wow only a tiny amount of meat! Should do this more often lol!

Hmm what did I eat today? Lessee...

1 toast with ricotta and honey
1 toast with vegemite
glass of juice
cold soba noodles with fried tofu and homemade mentsuyu (semi sweet-ish soy sauce)
bowl of pasta with cool sauce
2 lindt lindors
water

Hmm I'm sure I ate more than that today! Considering I bludged today, that's a lot for no exercise :S
