I have my test very soon and I'm not sure about the distance required between two cars at lights and stop signs etc. I'm fairly sure that a gap of 1-2 car lengths is expected when stopped at traffic lights. Is this the same at Stop and Give way signs?

Thanks in advance

no more than a car length and no close than a couple of metres.
You should line the front of your bonnet up with where the wheels of the car ahead touch the road

+1

You should be able to see the wheels of the car in front touching the road
