How do you eat so little?Bondi Fresh Chicken Schnitzel Sandwich
Mango/Passionfruit Smoothie.
3 nuggets, a piece of cauliflower and 6 snow peas.
Water.
3 litres of water
A small, unsweetened green tea.
Snack after 20km of running/walking/jogging (5 km powerwalk, 5 km jog, 5 km powerwalk, 5 km run): A slice of vegemite toast.
Dinner (5.30 pm): A piece of corn, two chicken nuggets, a piece of tomato and a some lettuce.
Omgwtf "so much"???Ate so much yesterday. Ended up feeling mass bloated. (As per outlined below)
a pack of mi goreng AND an egg
a piece of toast with sweet chili sauce & extra light spreadable philadelphia
a muesli bar
for dinner i had a small-ish piece of quiche and salad
after dinner i had a scoop of ice cream and like 4 oreos, and a packet of wizz fizz
My uncle saw me eating the piece of toast/muesli bar and was all like BLAH BLAH BLAH you're always eating, and made me feel even more guilty for eating and bleh.
Today, I had a deluxe cheeseburger from Maccas (no lettuce).
A regular long black.
A bottle of diet coke
Half an ANZAC cookie
A rissole for dinner.
A lot again.
A bottle of coke.
A bottle of nutrient water.
A 1.25L bottle of creaming soda
A can of pepsi
Banana smoothie
A bunch of pink Zappo.
Some rollups. (maybe 4 or 5)
9.30 am: Massive home-made bacon & egg English muffin (by massive I mean like 4 slices of shortcut bacon, egg, smothered with cheddar Kraft cheese spread). It was like dripping with bacon juice. Was so full.
10 am: Bored. Ate another English muffin as described above.
