you'd have to be very driven to become a doctor.

not only is the course very demanding,.
but even after you graduate you work shit hours, with shit pay getting pushed around by the other doctors

exactly
many people told me that i should do med just cause i 'can'. But they have no idea, its really about ur dedication, as its min 8years of hard work before ur a doctor, and more if u want to be a specialist. Thats why i chose engineering, i know its a hard degree, but im interested in it.

Yes I know. I don't like my chances though It requires an ATAR of 94 so I don't know how that translates into GPA.
