Which ones are good and which ones are crap?

I've tried:

Nivea - nothing amazing
Burts Bee - overhyped
Palmer's Cocoa Butter lip balm - I like it
Blistex - does its job but boring
Lip Smackers - old time favourite but I can't find Blueberry or Strawberry Kiwi comet anymore

Has anyone tried Carmex? Is it any good or is it kind of like Vaseline?

I used to have Softlips in Iced Cappuccino flavor. It smells heavenly!

And who could forget the classic Vaseline, it's pretty good.

Nivea (so-so, the pearl one leaves my lips white and the strawberry one leaves them too red)
Paw paw ointment (pretty good, don't need too much)
Badger (cutest packaging, but a bit greasy)
Lip smackers (oldies but goodies)
Soft lips (smell great, but a bit thin, have to re-apply often)

BUT THE BEST IS SMITH'S ROSEBUD SALVE! Smells great, cute packaging, good consistency, works well. About $13 from www.adorebeauty.com.au

Oh, then I don't think that I'll be using it. I just like the look of the new packaging (red and yellow tube).

I've also tried the Urban Rituelle pot and it was a bit greasy for me. Tried Palmer's chocolate and peppermint lip butter and it was alright.

I've always wanted to try the Beaver one they have at DJs. Maybe I'll give it a miss.

Lip Smackers Coca Cola - tried this in both original coke and vanilla coke flavours. Liked vanilla coke better. The roll on lip gloss leaves my lips looking dull brown.

Body Shop born lippy- Omg, lime was an awesome flavour but they don't make it anymore! Tried:
Mango - disgusting
Passionfruit - really nice at first but you get sick of the sweet smell
Strawberry- meh
Watermelon- Nothing like watermelon. I don't know what they were thinking.

i hate using ones in a pot like body shop ones cause it gets all under your fingernails and gross.

i've used palmers dark choc + peppermind and loved it, tho some people don't like the fakish chocolate smell.

i'm using nivea strawberry and i like the reddish tinge it gives the lips.

:)

Personally, I love Burt's Bees. It seems to keep my lips soft for ages and I like how when you put it on it makes your lips tingle.

I love the smell of Body Shop Born Lippy in Strawberry.
