i suggest for your remedy The Business of art by Tegan & SaraNo. Stop misinterpreting me. I'm saying that they're purposely producing all these 'top quality holy shit mofo' graphics just to lure you all to cinema instead of cheaply getting it off the internet. It's called business. Everything is for business nowadays, instead of art.
I also did not say that "noone is going to the cinema and that's also bad". I said less and less people are paying money to see their movies, i.e. buying dvds, seeing them in cinema, so they're not getting any money. That is exactly what I'm talking about, a tiny victim of Hollywood business makers right there. That's exactly how they want you to feel about this movie, to attract your money back in again.
And no jb_nc I'm not a Christian. It's like porn because it's rock shallow, it's plain discusting eye candy. Like one said, only this time you jerk the eyes.
I have that album alreadyi suggest for your remedy The Business of art by Tegan & Sara
I saw it in IMAX 3D.
Was awesome.
If you didn't see it in 3D you've been jipped (time and money - no point seeing it otherwise).
That's a massive massive generalisationNo. Stop misinterpreting me. Actually, I bet I could find a whole heap of people who could argue with you that Avatar is incredibly artistic. Cameron spent years and years trying to perfect everything visually, how does that make it shallow and pornographic? Because it's making money? come onnnCecilyMare said:And no jb_nc I'm not a Christian. It's like porn because it's rock shallow, it's plain discusting eye candy. No, just because one film is doing really well that doesn't mean cinema sales aren't in decline. They are and naturally will be as home entertainment and the internet encroach.and what i am saying is, no they are not.
well certainly not with avatar. like i have already mentioned, it is now second grossing worldwide 2nd only to titanic, which for the record was made some 12 years before avatar. what you are saying doesn't make any sense. Its revenue hasn't declined all that much (say in comparison to something like the dark knight) in its subsequent weeks. there's not a whole lot of proof to support the statement that "less people are paying money".

im not saying that. the example was avatar. the comment was that noone is going to the cinema. No, just because one film is doing really well that doesn't mean cinema sales aren't in decline. They are and naturally will be as home entertainment and the internet encroach.
