Re: Distinguished Achievers List

By my count there are 15781 students on the list. Gordon Qian from Newington College has an extraordinary 9 mentions on the DSA list. There were additional 15 students with 8 mentions.
I would have had 9, but two were last year.

45 mentions with 95 band 6's :)

I would have had 8, but somehow Philosophy isn't counted! (despite a state ranking - wtf?! haha)

oops. I lie. I just checked (by copying and pasting the numbers and searching :p)

and Philosophy counted. It was Business Studies from last year that didn't. But that's kind of obvious because that would belong in the 2008 data.

silly me.

Only you know your ATAR. Other people can only find out by you telling them.

Whoot! I got in for Extension English two!

Too bad my ATAR sucks:p.

I swear most people have been getting 90+ from what I've read here. I look retarded if the people getting 80+ are saying they feel dumb.

Re: Distinguished Achievers List

Here is the list: http://www.boredofstudies.org/other/DSACH_2009_12.xls

By my count there are 15781 students on the list. Gordon Qian from Newington College has an extraordinary 9 mentions on the DSA list. There were additional 15 students with 8 mentions.

PS Rafy - are you able to host the file here on bos rather than having to rely on an external hosting site? Alternatively can my zip file size limit be increased?
Thomas Wilson from Sydney Boys High School is one of the 15 to get 8 mentions but he also received 3 band 6's in 2008

bringing his overall total to 11

I think he wins.
