i'm really slow at writing. I write about 800 words for a 40 min essay. It doesn't matter how much you write, as long as you write the right things. It's ok to think for a little longer and write less. It works for me, cuz I always seem to do well (=band 6)

I write around the same. Just my 950 is 16 pages A4.

At my very fastest i would write ~1450 words in 40 mins. I usually try and write around 1200 just to be safe though.

1100 words in 40mins can be easily done
