I recently finished the first island and onto the second (one with the Dust men), and I'm finding that while the side missions (what increases the % of 'good' areas in town, places with no bad-guy swarms) are more fun (imo), there are only maybe 5 types of side missions scattered around the city, so it became a little tedious for me.

i hated the surveillance missions...grr

finish the game, the ending is quite awesome
