basically,when should i start studying for the pre-lim since the sc is now over.the subjects im doing are on my signature.

I plan on starting revision for my prelim courses over the summer holidays; understand the main ideas of the issues in my subjects and learn the majority of the maths ext 1 course.

if i were u guys i would honestly have a break. its gonna be your last major holiday. after this you'll b guaruntee'd to have assignments and assessments in ur holidays and dont bank on term 3 holidays as a break between yr 11 and 12. its absolutely useless. so enjoy your summer, sleeping in, watching tv, cos its gonna start going downhill come first day of yr 11. no one will have expected u 2 have done anything before then. if your keen, read ur english texts and flick through your textbooks, but honestly, relax. i was so much better for giving myself a break before i hit the big time

Yeah agreed. Maybe start in second half of holidays as you have to treasure this small period of time. Because in Year 11 and 12, to be honest, you will have no life.

I'd suggest breaking for a bit and then some light study of your courses during the hols, but if throwing yourself into year 11 before you get there appeals to you, then definitely go for it.
I tried heaps hard in year 11 and had much better class rankings than year 12. Each day through year 12 I progressively got more bored and 'over it'.
Basically do well in year 11 fo shiz, but def save best for year 12.

Hi five!
So, does anyone want to make a study group? (wow so nerdy) for year 11 and 12?
i used to never care about school and always go out, party.
e.g. i would get like 40% and 60% would be my best mark.. wow a big turnover for me.
since exams all finished now.. i'm bored.. i don't know what to do..
i will enjoy the rest of these holidays though..

How would you study for it when most of the subjects next year aren't generally going to be what you're doing now. For example, how am I going to study for business studies when I've only lightly touched on it in commerce elective.
