Please post working on how to calculate the EMF of this cell or the potential whatever its called in chem.

Shit, knew what the anode and cathode were just forgot to write them ( OR I HOPE I DID I CANT REMEMBER), shitI dont think I did, I just wrote the half equation happening,

GOD KILL ME NOW 0/3

crap crap crap crap.

Was it:

Pb(s) --> etc. 0.13V
Fe3+ + e- --> Fe2+ 0.77V

EMF = 0.9V (doesn't work)

Yep your correct,
Accept for the cathode hald equation you have to times by 2 , to balance it out with the Anode half equation.
And in the net ionic equation the 2 electrons cancel.

however this doesnt change the voltage.

Oh man look what I did for some reason I added the two different iron equations viltages and added 0.13 and 0.46V, what an idiot, so 0/2 0/3 1/2 1/1

its over for me. :( :( :( :( :(

damn sounds like i got this almost completely wrong...
i had a good look at my sheet at the back
saw lead was in the middle of Fe3+ and Fe2+
this is what i did
the potential difference between Pb and Fe3+ was some answer
then because Fe2+ was on top of Pb i found the potential difference here and minused it from my first one... because it was going in the opposite direction therefore opposing.
another thing i was thinking of doing was saying the Fe3+/Pb was greater than the other so i was only gonna use that but instead decided the test was easy up till here and mabe... owell i got anode and cathode

wooo 1000 posts =)

shouldn't the overall E (voltage) be <0 since it is undergoing electrolysis (non-spontaneous), therefore, it needs an input of |E|

No, it wasn't electrolysis. Electrolysis isn't even in the core syllabus.
